Accelerate has been designed by senior business leaders, for business leaders. The content reflects a deep understanding of the business landscape and what’s required to be successful at a senior level. It also addresses the specific challenges facing female leaders when taking on senior positions.
This program is designed specifically for professional women who have been leading for a minimum of five years.
Participants are typically aged 35-plus, with a focus on career advancement or stability. ACCELERATE is relevant to industries ranging from real estate to finance, health, transport and government.
The program runs over six months and includes one group workshop and four individual executive coaching sessions. The workshop sets the agenda, identifying what participants will achieve over the six-month program, and the key tools to ensure success. This session also covers the three biggest roadblocks to career advancement for senior women.
The individual executive coaching sessions are designed to help participants understand their leadership style, identify strengths and specific areas for improvement. Working with a senior business coach with a track record of senior leadership roles herself, participants receive tailored guidance to help them articulate career goals and drive real results.
For busy professionals, it’s an opportunity to step back and evaluate their leadership style, unique presence, ambitions and requirements to be successful in the next stage of their career.
Senior women receive practical insights and emerge with an achievable plan to help them manage workplace politics and stay relevant in a competitive environment.
The networking opportunities are an additional benefit. Participants gain invaluable insights by uniting with an elite network of female professionals who are all navigating similar career challenges.
