How does the program work?

Our inclusive and results-focused Advancing Women programs are for organisations that are serious about implementing initiatives to achieve gender parity.

We work with senior leaders in an organisation – both men and women – to develop programs that promote diversity and equality in the workplace. By engaging stakeholders from across the organisation, including those at the very top, we help you create an inclusive and respectful culture.

Our programs provide the skills and confidence women need to step up or advance their careers. 90% of participants claim they are more confident after completing the program. Female participants work closely with our coaches and their senior leaders in a combination of workshops, coaching sessions, and targeted assignments.
