Ben’s considerable experience working in over 30 countries and across a diverse range of cultures and industries, including IT, banking and finance, and the higher education sector, enables him to seamlessly adapt his style and facilitation skills to optimise organisational outcomes and drive operational impact.

Ben has a Bachelor of Training and Organisational Development, Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of New England and completed his Master of Business Administration through Southern Cross University.
