Participants are emerging female leaders, typically aged from their mid-20s into their 30s. They have one or two promotions behind them, and aspire to grow into an executive leadership role.
BREAKTHROUGH is relevant to many industries, from media to government, hospitality, construction and finance.
A group workshop sets the agenda and goals for the program. Participants also hear from an accomplished C-suite guest speaker and are introduced to comprehensive resources. The workshop provides valuable opportunities to network with like-minded women, with participants invited to work together on practical exercises.
Each participant completes a personal brand survey, and meets with an experienced leadership coach for three individual executive coaching sessions. After producing and working towards a career development plan, participants regroup to discuss key learnings.
